Due to the uniqueness of each piece, we do ask that you look closely at the pictures and/or contact us with any questions or requests before you place your order. Each piece will be created for you so there may be beach glass color and/or shape variations from the pictured item. Please notify us within three business days of receipt of the product if there might be an issue. Returns are accepted and will be used as a credit toward the purchase or replacement of products. Customer pays return shipping costs. Item must be returned in new, unused condition and must be in original, undamaged packaging.
